The atmosphere was: Spaces are relaxed, inviting. People friendly - more so as tasting progresses ;-))

Complexity of the recipes: Fresh ingrediants made simply yet very creatively - excellent combo.

The skills you learned were: Interesting to learn abou the different wines and their origin.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: A wonderful experience I will repeat again and again!
