The instructor was: Well organized, friendly, easy going, had lots of practical preparation shortcuts.

The atmosphere was: Very congenial, friendly fun day. Everyone worked so well together.

Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were easy the preparation was a little time consuming.

The food was: Wonderful tastes and varied dishes. Excellent menu!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: We had a great time learning, cooking and meeting very nice people. Would recommend Chef's Inc to our friends and will diffidently come to another class soon.
