The instructor was: She was great! We definitely had fun and enjoyed her presence.

The atmosphere was: It was very fun, light, and cheerful. Great group of people!

Complexity of the recipes: Easy enough to do on my own, yet different and exciting.

The food was: Very good. The sea bass w/ the curry was a little cold, but that happens when you're cooking with a large group and have to wait around for everything else to finish,. Didn't mind it.

The skills you learned were: I loved making the wontons and learned a lot about how to grill fish.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was a great date night for my boyfriend and me :).
