The instructor was: Chef Martin was a delight. I learned a great deal from him and enjoyed myself.

The atmosphere was: The class size was just right.

The instructor was: This is my first time with Martin Gilligan and he was very entertaining. I loved his stories...

The atmosphere was: We had a good group of people, who were having fun...

Complexity of the recipes: Bread is such a "feel" thing, so it was good to make mistakes and see how to correct them.

The food was: The foccacia was tender and out of this world with a slice of heirloom tomato. Challah never tasted so good.

The skills you learned were: I will try the foccacia this week, after I recover from eating so much bread yesterday from the class.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Very enjoyable and will look for other classes he offers. Hopefully the Sushi class on Tuesday? :-) I haven't paid for it, and Donna knows I am interested.
