The instructor was: Chef Diane is a great instructor. Complexity of the recipes: For me, the recipes were a bit too basic, but I am a reasonably experienced cook. The skills you learned were: The recipes were only moderately useful (I would only do the vegetable minestrone again.) However, the knife skills we practiced was very helpful.

The instructor was: Diane is an amazing teacher! I learned a lot and she made it interesting and kept everyone engaged. The food was: yummy The skills you learned were: I never realized all of my bad habits!

The instructor was: I'm giving the chef the highest rating becuase she was a really wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable teacher. I'm not sure entertaining is the right metric though... The skills you learned were: Excellent! I've been wanting to take a cooking class with my husband who is a self proclaimed "can't even boil water' type of guy. We both had fun, learned so much, and the title of knife skills made it easier to get him through the door!

The instructor was: Diane was a great teacher - very informative and very patient. Pam was helpful as well. The atmosphere was: The building itself was nice, big windows that made it all the more conducive to cooking. The skills you learned were: Now I know what to buy and how to use a knife properly.
