Both Marjorie and Stephanie were really wonderful, and I learned so much. They answered every question anyone had and made cooking fun. Thank you so much and I hope to take another class from them soon. :) |

I had a great time in this class. Even though I came in with a decent amount of basic skills, I learned several new techniques and alternative approaches. More than anything, I feel braver in the kitchen--more able to modify existing recipes, try new techniques, etc. I also enjoyed meeting and chatting with my classmates and the instructors. I also think that it's a very good value for the money--in addition to learning new skills, you get to eat very well at the end of each class! I would recommend this class to friends and will continue to take occasional classes at Chef's Inc in the future. |
