Excellent class, and the menu was superb. Every dish was delicious!

The atmosphere was: Class atmosphere was also very laid back and casual...it didn't feel like a "class"--but i did learn a lot!

The food was: I ATE EVERYTHING!!! The food was great!

The instructor was: I don't look at the chef's role as being entertaining. The chef needs to be good in teaching and supervising. In that respect Leslie was excellent.

The atmosphere was: I made a new friend to socialize with. The people attending were very nice.

Complexity of the recipes: I could prepare these dishes on my own observation of them being made.
