The instructor was: Diane Brown was very engaging. She explained everything thoroughly, was open to questions and allowed time for the students to mingle with each other.
Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were complex enough to make me feel like it was worth the money spent on taking the class, but easy enough to be able to do them at home on my own.
The food was: The food selections were amazing. I could definitely prepare these meels at home for a dinner party or small gathering and my guests would be impressed with my skills :)
The skills you learned were: i liked that the chef also instructed on basic kitchen skills, such as knife handling and use of kitchen appilances and tools. this was very useful for nightly use, as well as for the specialty menu that she taught us to prepare.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: The group dynamic was amazing. We were allowed to mingle with other participants, and the fact that there were additional chef assistants provided by Chefs Inc, allowed us time to chat with one another and move among the stations, while some of the basics were done by the assistants.
