I definitely would recommend and enjoyed myself. Marjorie is so fun and down to earth. you can ask her anything about how to/what would this seasoning do and she was fine with it. I learned useful tips- like to hold my knife properly when doing fan cut and how much salt to add to pasta when boiling. |

Thanks! I had a great time and my kids did too. It was a first for all of us and a good experience. Thanks for fitting us in! Marjorie and the team were punctual as well as enthusiastic so the pa w of class moved well. Luis did a good job w our group, instructive and also allowing us to chat so that we could enjoy each others company. |
