Additional comments and observations The instructor was: She had a lot of experience but still kept a passion for the cooking, getting everyone involved, and keeping it fun. The skills you learned were: Everybody took the time to answer questions and tried to make sure people remained involved in the various stages of the process. I enjoyed myself and had fun: the chefs were great. Part of it, although out of your control, was the group of people participating. Them being fun and friendly enhanced the whole experience.

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: She was amazing and fun. I liked that she really got everyone involved in their food to make it to their liking. The food was: I especially loved the risotto and figs. Everything really tasted great.

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: No-nonsense; practical; helpful; really into food. The atmosphere was: The staff was wonderful. The food was: seems that us novice are afraid of seasoning.. I myself thought someone was adding too much salt onto the risotto but atlas it could use more... I think same goes for the lamb chops, needs lots more seasoning, even with the herb paste. I enjoyed myself and had fun: loved the dessert... easy to make and its elegant and very tasting.

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: love Marjorie's background and experience. The food was: lamb w/ pesto...great. saffron risotto w/ scallops...so flavorful. liked the lightness of the salad.
