The instructor was: chef leslie was extremely knowledgable and very organized. she was very personable and easy to be with - for such a complex menu, she had everything under complete control

The atmosphere was: everyone had so much fun - the atmosphere was so relaxed, we were able to socialize and learn all at the same time. You can bring your own bottle of wine if you like. all my classmates were so friendly and cheerful.

Complexity of the recipes: these were complex recipes from Julia Child, but chef made it seem so easy. at first, i was worried that it might be too much for me, but now am ready to throw my own dinner party using these recipes.

The food was: the food was so great! this was a meal from a 4 star restaurant - quality ingredients - i was so full - i really felt like it was a great value.

The skills you learned were: i learned several new techniques and tips that i didn't know before

I enjoyed myself and had fun: this was a very memorable experience, and i will return for more classes. i've told several friends how much fun it was.

Complexity of the recipes: It's hard to say...it was easy with 10 other people sharing the load. The true test will be making these recipes on my own.
