Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Bravo!!! Chef Marjorie was wonderful. There were only three of us. We are older women. All of a sudden one didn't feel well, the others had their own challenges, nothing dampened our spirits. With our chef we continued our sausage making experience. Nothing phased our chef. We carried on. The atmosphere was: The chef had personality and spirit. Complexity of the recipes: I am not a cook but I am determine to make this sausage. The food was: The food was four stars!!! The skills you learned were: I order two knives.
