The atmosphere was: The atmosphere feels like being at a friends kitchen. Everyone was having fun.

Complexity of the recipes: I was surprised as how easy the recipes were.

The food was: The class put cooking into a better perspective.. I actually tried making pasta at home.. and it worked!

The skills you learned were: After getting the rolled pasta, I can now make lasagna and ravioli with it.
