The instructor was: Chef Marjorie is so much fun. She is attentive and also makes sure everyone knows what's going on and involved.

The atmosphere was: Chef Marjorie and Stephanie are a good team...

Complexity of the recipes: Dough also something I don't do often so I want to get comfortable with it... So the recipes were not difficult, but I needed the repetition to remember the consistency of the dough.

The food was: Pasta was great. Sausage were a little dry, but very tasty. My thin pizza was perfect.

The skills you learned were: The gnocchi was a repeat for me, but it's a "feel" thing with the pasta. I will definitely make this one...

I enjoyed myself and had fun: We have a good group of people, so it was alot of fun.
