The instructor was: Michael was very nice and very fun to work with. All the other chefs were great, but Michael was over all the best!

The atmosphere was: I was really happy and it was so fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Complexity of the recipes: I loved making the food, itwas so easy and fun.
