Complexity of the recipes: I thought they were complex but not unattainable. There was a lot going on and it was difficult to follow all the various steps of the different recipes, but it was great.

The skills you learned were: I really appreciate learning some of the "tricks of the trade" during the informal conversations.

The skills you learned were: When I left I felt very comfortable with being able to go home and make the butternut squash lasagna and now feel very comfortable making the sauce.
