The instructor was: Easy going - made EVERYONE feel comfortable!!!

The atmosphere was: The best - our 1st time and we weren't sure what to expect. Really, really enjoyed and will definitely return.

Complexity of the recipes: Just wish I had all those assistants in MY kitchen!! Not to mention all the prep-work that was already done! :)

The food was: Really good...I think. Too bad I was sick and really couldn't taste a whole lot! Will try at home.

The instructor was: The chef was great - lots of stories, an engaging personality, etc - HIgh marks, indeed!

Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were easy, but they assumed (as written) a level of knowledge that not everyone may have. For example, not everyone knows how to fine a medium dice is on an onion, etc.
