Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Well-prepared and seasoned, sort of like the chili, but different.... Complexity of the recipes: Would have liked a recipe that perhaps used different preparation skills. The food was: Not a big bean chili fan, but the mushroom soup was inspiring.
