Complexity of the recipes: That's what I love about your classes. You can take eggs benedict and simplify the preparation. It can be ready for an delicious Christmas morning (no less) breakfast.

The skills you learned were: Always learn something new. Orange sectioning...Never thought I would try it, but Bonnie made it look so effortless, I have to at least try it!

The food was: I tasted the eggs benedict where there was not sauce and it was wonderful even without the sauce! I did love the sauce though. The skills you learned were: I had never seeded a pomagranite.
