the variety of the soups was very good...... I loved all of the soups...but, the carrot soup was my favorite THANK YOU !!

Bonnie thanks for letting me come late. I only have one question. The little dessert pumpkin spice filling. I heard that you bought the wafer from World Market but what is the recipe for the filling? They were delicious. Thanks Mona

Bonnie is very well organized but flexible and accommodating when the need arises. Her classes are always enjoyable, and I usually find a new product or utensil/gadget I actually need. Wonderful recipes to enjoy!

I absolutely loved the experience. I'm excited to try the recipes. The only one I won't make is the one with shrimp, as I'm not a shrimp lover, but the soup was still delicious. Chef Bonnie did an excellent job of demonstrating the recipes. Every one of them was delicious. I will cut down on the salt, as several of them were too salty for me. I loved seeing how to use herbs such as chives. And I wouldn't have thought of putting the guac on chile, so I will try that. As soon as I have the money, I will take another class.
