Loved it! This was the 1st time I'd ever had freshly made cream corn and loved it! Bonnie is a wonderful teacher and as usual, the great tips learned will last a lifetime.

Great class, I loved all of the recipes and do plan to use all of them. Incidentally, I recently attended the soups class and already made the Split Pea Soup--really delicious! :)
