Complexity of the recipes: I enjoyed the techniques. easy to follow.
The food was: I tried the polenta and it was good. I normally can't stand polenta,but I MIGHT even try to make it in the future. I definetly will make the squash ravioli.
The skills you learned were: Learning "the why" of not using the seeds in the sauce was interesting. The marinara was great.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: I was seated at a great table which made the class even more enjoyable
