The instructor was: More instructive than entertaining, but very enjoyable. Was nice to see someone chop slowly as I do---haven't mastered the chop chop chop. Will want to come to more of his classes---very down to earth person.
The atmosphere was: great group of attendees---we all had fun. The "wine tasting" helped with the merriment.
Complexity of the recipes: These I can make easily---can do make aheads and make a quick meal.
The food was: More "hearty and homelike", except for the spicyness (which I liked), the food was something my whole family would like. didn't care to much for the agua--probably an acquired taste.
