As a 1st time visitor, I was more than pleased with the event, and will definately come back many times !! The only issue I had was that the recipe handouts were not very complete. The artichoke crust was not included (nor how to prep and cooking time for the Snapper). I had assumed that we would receive an in-depth recipe for take-home use. Other than this, thank you for allowing me to take part in a great evening of food and fun ! Dan Beat

I wish he would have given detailed instructions for the sea bass. He gave a lot of verbal info which I would have liked to have had in writing. It was a very good class but the details and alternatives to recipes could have been better.

The food was superb--things I will make and impress my friends!!! Wow--he is a "high energy" chef!! We had to take lots of notes since details were not provided with the recipes--however, I can do this! He and his staff did a lot of prep work to have the samples available so soon--making the class time much shorter. We had to listen closely to learn his tips--appreciated his input on varying the recipes. Looking forward to attending his next classes.
