Additional comments and observations
Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were missing the detail I'm used to. For instance, there were only verbal instructions on how to prepare and cook the scallops and the halibut. I took notes, as I always do, but won't know how complete my notes are until I try the recipes. However, the food was fabulous and I will definitely give it a try.
