This was my first cooking class from Bonnie, but definitely not my last! The recipe looked hard, but with Bonnie breaking it down and giving helpful hints, I feel confident that even I could make it and it would be good. THank you!

LOVED it but need to figure out how to make the lasagne less fattening...it was delicious, don't get me wrong...but very rich. Thanks for an enjoyable evening!
