The instructor was: Enjoyed the repartee

The atmosphere was: The group at our table were "veterans" to our first time. So enjoyable to meet new friends.

Complexity of the recipes: Will definitely try the brine. Something I've not done before.

The food was: Not a fan of bread pudding as a rule but this was amazing.

The skills you learned were: I've had my eye on ricers for a while and now I'm sure that I will get one.
