Dinner was wonderful! Didn't think I would like the salad, but, what a surprise, it was very good. Chicken, green beans and potatoes were fabulous as was peach tart. Glad I attended. |

HONESTLY, I WAS A LITTLE APPREHENSIVE ABOUT TRYING THE KALE SALAD .... I LOVE IT COOKED,BUT, NEVER HAD IT RAW,( THOUGHT THAT IT MIGHT BE TOUGH AND BITTER ).... I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT !!... AND IT WAS THE MOST VIBRANT GREEN !! NEVER HAVE COOKED GREEN BEANS WITH CHICKEN STOCK ...BUT WILL FROM HERE ON OUT THANK YOU ... REALLY LOVED THIS CLASS AND THE RECIPES ! |
