The instructor was: Her English was very good. I enjoy the variety of Chef's that Bonnie brings to the classes - and having a French cook was a treat. The atmosphere was: there are always fun people in class The food was: like that much can be made ahead - I will be trying the Chicken and the Potatoes and dessert - not sure about the Zucchini Flan - may give it a try.

The instructor was: Would have been fun to hear her talk a little more about her personal life and France. However, I know it was a "cooking" class. I enjoyed it very much! Complexity of the recipes: At least she made them look fairly easy. Just have to pay attention to what you are doing. The food was: Everything was delicious.
