Food was great. I don't know about the Hatch. I ate a whole bowl and "barely warm." I think will get the extra hot at Johnson's

Wow--I loved all the recipes! Can't wait to make them for my family--I know they will love them--plan to go to Johnson's tomorrow for more chilis. (was a little noisy at times--if it was the Margarita's though, don't forego them. :-)

Bonnie is a treasure in her knowledge and expertise in cooking. Every single class I have attended Bonnie explains thoroughly the technique she is performing. At the same time Bonnie shares tips which are simple, yet perfect. The staff Bonnie is fortunate to have supporting her are a great asset to her classes. By attending Bonnie's classes you will never leave hungry and you will leave with a better knowledge of cooking which you would not get elsewhere. You will also leave with a smile on your face and a few chuckles. You are awesome, Bonnie.

Mike and I had a good time and we both thought the food was delicious and even better than last year's Hatch Chili class.
