One of the best classes I ever attended. Plan on making everything. Was somewhat disturbed by the constant chatter from the other table.

The chatter at one of the tables in the front was distracting and disrespectf. Made it difficult to hear and focus on Bonnie at times.
The interplay between Bonnie and Bev is an entertainment show into itself!!

I learned I can freeze caramelized onions! Will be great for quick flatbreads, pizza, etc. as well as Hamburgers, as mentioned in class.
