While I appreciate his reasoning for a "simple" menu, I was hoping for something a little more "special" and distinctive. Good food and he is a good instructor.

We were a group of 4 and all enjoyed the evening. We will return to another class!! Thanks for a fun time. Food was fantastic.

The recipes were simplistic, few, and in any cookbook. Had trouble hearing. When able to hear, very hard to understand. I think, in fairness, the chef didn't know his audience. Sorry

HIS RECIPES WERE NOT VERY ACCURATE FOR WHAT HE WAS COOKING.
i THINK IT WAS JUST THE TRANSLATION FACTOR. wE LOVE HIS FOOD AND GO TO HIS RESTAURANT AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. hE COULD GET A LITTLE MORE COMPLEX IN HIS COOKING. hE PROBABLY DIDN'T EXPECT THE AUDIENCE TO BE AS SAVVY AS IT WAS.

Loved Luciano and the food -- had hoped for more challenging recipes and new tips. Still glad I did it.

Could have used one more food item, possibly a starch or more zuchinni. The dessert could have used a few more pieces of fruit as well.
