We are so disappointed that you are retiring as Jean and I were looking forward to many more classes. We really enjoyed last night's class. We signed up because neither one of us can make a decent meatloaf!! Now we have a wonderful recipe and new skills to make a dynamite meat loaf - the tomato gravy really finished the dish so well. We will be back on the 21st to learn how to make a frittata. By the way, we are excited to have friends over so we can show off our new skills. Best regards!
