I plan to prepare this meal for my family at Easter time--if I can wait that long!! I was hoping to receive more of the authentic recipes served at Red Rock--but not surprised. I retyped the recipes and added my notes and photos that I took during class--this is how my "Bonnie files" are done. Hope to attend another one of Jeremy's classes--the food was excellent. Only change for me would to add a raspberrry sauce or Bonnie's Jezebel sauce ontop of the Pork Wellington. Also would decrease the oil in the Antipasto salad.

Food was good. I was disappointed to not get the Red Rock carrot recipe. I really enjoyed the foodie conversation at my table.
