Had a wonderful time---great food and company. Guy is a wonderful teacher, very informed and I love his anecdotes, history, travels, etc---really ties the whole package together. FOOD, WINE and THE GOOD LIFE--a FANTASTIC TIME. There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Please give thanks to Beth for all her help with the food---I'm sure she was a great part of this. Your staff was wonderful--as usual. I truly wish they could be at my house when I cook. Hope I can attend Guy's next class.(s). Can't wait to make the flan--sooo good. One of my favorites.
