The instructor was: I felt very comfortable and Bonnie just makes you feel at home and is not above your head in explaining things..comendable!!
The atmosphere was: Everyone was an equal, from what I noticed.
Complexity of the recipes: Step by step, very visual and love it when somethig just doesn't seem right and "add this" will work attitude. Gives me the "I can do this" attitude,too.
The food was: YUMMMMMM
The skills you learned were: No matter how often you make a recipe, there is always something you can add to your knowledge of cooking
