Additional comments and observations
Although succulent, I might tweak my recipes a little, 1. sweeten the cranberries some, 2. make my cornbread recipe that is more Southern traditional--eg not as sweet. Also, add a little more chipotle. 3. Cook the beans a little longer, make the soup a little thicker---the onion straws were an awesome touch--would top when ready to serve so they would be crispy. 4. Make a little more custard to serve over the bread pudding. The nice thing about these classes is that I get great ideas and then can tweak them to my taste. By the way I really want his recipe for Beans and Greens soup---that is one recipe I wouldn't change!!!
