The instructor was: Was fun to see my cooking friends Julie and Linda at class again--missed them as well as you.
The atmosphere was: Bev is such a good sport---you make a good team.
Complexity of the recipes: always glad to have the recipe before me to make notes--and the pictures I add to them keep me on course when coming back to them after a time.
The food was: Loved the twice baked potato and the lemony chicken soups. The cornbread was great--can't wait to try making it--sweet with crunchy edges.
The skills you learned were: By now I know many of your tips---but learned that I can make skillet cornbread without an iron skillet.
