The food was: could have licked the plate on several of the dishes

The instructor was: But it is OK not to be "very" , he was not flambouyant, or stuck on himself etc; he was friendly, busy and informative, good teacher. AND he made me feel at home when he had to throw something out and start over. :-)

The atmosphere was: little more quiet than usual, but was busy taking notes too.

Complexity of the recipes: Any way I think I can do them---just don't want to wait too long to give them a try

The food was: The blend of flavors and textures was outstanding. Loved the food---all was wonderful. Good menu. Can't wait to try it for son #2 and family. or maybe for Valentine's Day

I enjoyed myself and had fun: liked being back and seeing my friends again

The instructor was: I like him a lot. He is organized and doesn't waste time. Very good recipes for really flavorful food.
