Additional comments and observations
Great food, great recipes---will use all of them!!! Think the recipes are easy enough, but would like to have Chef Gary proof read the instructions more carefully and thoroughly. Was glad you and your team were there to help "teach the teacher"--something you and Bev are really good at doing. It is apparent that he knows his stuff though. Also, have more detailed instructions on how to prepare the dishes. For the new comers he could have expained mandoline and what could be substituted if one doesn't have one. Also, excited to make the rolls, but instuctions could be clearer and more detailed. When I go back weeks, months, years, I can't always remember the details. Hopefully, I took good notes. Once again a great time--made new friends, too.
