The instructor was: genuine, caring and knows how to teach!

The food was: loved the quiona? and will try it. Everything was very good; but, didn't like the panko vegetable; THE PEACH MELBA WAS TO DIE FOR!!!

The food was: Loved the salad, corn and dessert. I could make a meal out of those 3 !

Complexity of the recipes: I should wait to answer this until after I try them on my own!
