With notes, will be able to do the recipes. Chef Dan was very well prepared for class. Very personable and appreciative chef. For those who haven't taken classes would have been nice to see him pound the chicken breasts (assume he did). Wonderful food---will make for my "daughter" and son's birthday next week. Nice to have someone share what only club members get to enjoy!

Enjoyed Chef Gary and learning of his journey to Executive Chef. Disappointed that we were not able to observe his techniques for creating the majority of the meal. That is a major factor for me when attending the classes.

I liked Chef Gary, but the recipes had a lot of omissions. I liked that the food was ready and delicious -- loved the salad and sweet potatoes! He was very efficient. Need his recipe for the fabulous rolls.

I've been a fan of Chef Dan for ever! He was great last night, even though a tad nervous - but still I was thrilled to find out what was in that dressing! Loved the whole meal will definitely sign up for his class again. Bonnie - you are always so hospitable at every class - Thanks so much for hosting and providing such a fun Wichita event!
