Complexity of the recipes: Had to keep on top of going quickly from one recipe to another. The food was: Great choices! The skills you learned were: These are quick recipes that are VERY filling and delicious!

The skills you learned were: Having attended so many of Bonnie's classes, all the tips I've learned over the years have been very useful. If you are new to her classes, then her tips are invaluable! Bonnie is always willing to answer any questions.
