Did learn a lot and had absolutely great time! Highly recommended! Super fun to do with another couple or group of people. Chef Bogan has a great talent for mixing people together and making them feel comfortable. Thank you for FABULOUS time.

A Big thank you to Chef John and staff for a great experience! We all had a blast. The whole evening was so well appointed - the company, the food, the cooking, and the holiday sing-a-long. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back again!

We couldn't have had a better time! The cooking, hanging with family, making friends, Chef's amazing accordion music, and of course the food were all perfect. The dessert chef's even decorated a birthday plate for my husband Tim:)

I brought my daughters for their Christmas present and I think it was the best present I ever gave them. I enjoyed being able to spend the time with them and the chef and staff were great! The group was so much fun! I will be doing another class in the future and am already telling others how much fun it was!!! Thanks so much.

The instructor was: Who knew Chef John could play the accordion? The atmosphere was: This was our family's 'holiday get together" and it was perfect Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were perfect--just enough to feel challanged The food was: Everything was delicious and plentiful. A great value for the price. The skills you learned were: knife skills is something everyone can use--and they don't think about. Proper honing techniques is very useful knowledge. I enjoyed myself and had fun: A perfect evening with my family and Chef John
