Thank you for such a wonderful evening!!! I felt like I was invited over to a friend's house for a celebration. The home was cozy and inviting, and the kitchen was every cook's idea of perfection. My "friend" was a kind host, made everyone feel at home, and had a great sense of humor. They did the majority of the cooking while the "guests" mostly chatted, danced, and laughed a lot! While I was looking for a more serious and technical cooking class with a smaller class size, this was a really joyful experience. We thought all the courses were delicious and our table Hmmmm'd at every bite. I would recommend this experience to my friends!

We came for a bachelorette party and we had so much fun! Chef knew all our names, was lively, and made us feel welcome after we were 15 min late. The food was amazing and dishes were ones that I wouldn’t normally choose to eat but now I am seeking out ingredients to make them at home. This dinner started us on a great weekend in Lake Geneva and I would recommend it for a group of any size! Can’t say enough good things!!

Great teacher and well thought-out use of team so that we have a fun time, learn something, and yet the meal/class fits into the time we have. question 3 is a bit difficult in that average is actually quite good for this type of setting where too much complexity could actually detract from the overall experience. One of the reasons for "very useful" in Q5 is that I learned some new preparation styles for relatively easy to obtain and exceptionally good ingredients. Also impressive was the high degree of underlying organization while maintaining a relaxed, fun atmosphere. We'll recommend and watch for other interesting classes for a return visit. I learned a few new tricks (strawberry slicing). Food was excellent ... the meat was outstanding, especially with those mushrooms! It was great that fans could watch the game while cooking. The music choices were really good and changed according to what was going on in the class.
Chef John does an excellent job of giving us good info and also of managing a large group of people. I must say, I loved it when Jim was given the Wisconsin apron to wear after the BB win! LOL
