Chef John was entertaining. Is pretty pricey to do more than for special occations. Other guests were all likeable and like minded. Made for an enjoyable anniversary.

I have never been to a cooking class and I have to say this was amazing! Chef John, you do an amazing job. I was looking around the table as we were eating dinner and thinking how skillful you are at taking strangers and creating such a relaxing, fun, atmosphere. I will never be a cook, (although I like playing around with cooking) but you made me look at the experience of cooking and dining in such a different way. Thank you! The bill at the end of the night was very confusing. We have not done anything like this before so we didn't know whether we should tip or what was appropriate. We talked about it later and felt as though we should have tipped. Overall the experience was fantastic and will be back!!!

The instructor was: your schedule was similar to prior experience The atmosphere was: Wine always helps, just the right mix as always. Complexity of the recipes: very impressed with dessert, but it is a simple technique with grate results. The food was: i liked the limited use of meats this time. The skills you learned were: mise en place!!!!!!!!!! I enjoyed myself and had fun: Wine and friends always helps, but it was a good mix of people.
