It's always a treat to take a cooking class with LGSC. Challenging but accessable recipes, great instructors, upbeat atmosphere, fun and memorable, and fabulous recipes that we can make at home with Chef John's cookbook!

While we were looking forward to the class and doing some cooking/learning...we ended up not learning so much but we had a TON OF FUN, met some fantastic people, ate a phenomenal dinner and can't stop talking about it! We WILL be back with a group ASAP!! Thanks again, loved everything about last night.

My husband John and I throughly enjoyed this evening. Chef John’s fun personality was so great! The recipes and created courses were full of flavor and were amazing! We learned some new cooking skills and knife handling from both Chef John and Chef Jake. Adding in the wonderful wine, great conversation with our cooking partners we can’t say enough about great things about this evening!!!! The young guys who were helping were friendly and so polite. The array of vegetables and other ingredients that we were cooking with was simply beautiful-lovely ingredients that worked into a very fine meal indeed!
