It was a wonderful experience! I plan on having my family come and take up all the spots!! Definitely will come back several times over. Chef John was exquisite and witty! The sous chefs in training were kind and taught us along the way. 2 thumbs up!

Chef John was fun ! Made a some great new friends and love all the wine! Def recommend the port wine with the chocolate mousse dessert.
It is expensive but worth it, it's dinner and entertainment for 4 hours. Definitely didn't leave hungry. Super fun date night.

What an incredible evening out! There was learning and cooking, drinking and dancing, and we made many new friends while enjoying a 5 star meal out comparable to the best restaurants! We’re coming back for New Years Eve and can’t wait! We’ll be regulars! Chef is awesome!

I was somewhat apprehensive about coming alone, but not for long. Pretty much everyone was so friendly, and we had fun working together and eating together. Either we had an exceptionally wonderful group or cooking together with Chef John and his great team just creates a happy atmosphere! In any case, I definitely hope to do this again

The overall event was great. It was held in a friendly and wonderful environment. Chef John was very informative and an inviting host. We appreciated the promt beginning and ending. There was no lag. Our group was great-a good mixture of personalities, and we worked learned and enjoyed a great meal again. The menu was fantastic. I cook quite a bit and always have, so I didn't learn a lot new. Con Vin was new, I learned that and probably will do it at home now. Thanks for rhe experience, and I'm sure we'll come again.

I came away with some new skills, increased confidence in my cooking abilities, and increased motivation to cook "from scratch".
