Overall, it was a great time and I'd recommend it to others and would enjoy another class. The dinner was very good, a lot of food to eat fairly late, would like to see them start earlier. BON APP'ETIT!!

This is not the cooking demonstration many so called cooking classes offer. This is a wash your hands, tie your aprons full immersion experience. The chefs rotating between stations break down meal prep and cooking into steps that can be confidently performed in an atmosphere that is fun and educational. I always learn things I apply at home!

My wife and I had a great time celebrating our 1st anniversary. It was something different, and very fun. I would highly recommend giving Chef John's classes a try.
