I was very amazed at how much fun this class was. I expected to learn some new things but I wasn’t expecting it to be one of my favorite nights this summer. Chef John puts on quite a show. I wish I could go again tomorrow. I learned some great cooking skills. Thank you again.

You are an awesome chef and personality. Your facility is cozy and your recipes are creative and easy to follow. I think the best part of our participation was the fact that we were cooking for the entire class so it made for a little bit anxiety but again, that was the best part. We all wanted to perform well for you, your staff, and of course, the other folks at the table.

Very much a fun and enjoyable experience that I will recommend to others. You could take this class 4 times and never do the same thing twice! The only thing I would make as a recommendation is to really encourage the other stations to go look at what the other station are doing only from a learning experience. This was ALOT of fun!

Chef John was awesome! I had a lot of questions about my everyday cooking and he answered all of them. He's very knowledgeable and his staff of McKenna, Cheyenne, and Jacob were VERY helpful. I would do this class again In a heartbeat.

I really wasn't expecting anything over the top but it was exactly that. Everyone was fun and helpful and the food was to die for. Id recommend this to anyone. My husband and I will be back for sure.

Wonderful! I loved the chef and Shannon was more than helpful. I have neveraken a class before, but if this is any indication on how great cooking classes are, I will be doing a lot more! Thank you Chef for a most pleasant 4 hours.

The cooking class was a delight and so much more fun and intimate than I had anticipated. Chef was very knowledgable and encouraging. I signed up the next day for an appetizer course. However, I simply did not attend because I was visiting family and the class is 4 hours. I just chose to spend that time with family instead. But I will definitely come back and take that class. Nothing bad to say, had fun and will tell others. Already grilled pound cake and served that desert for neighbors on their grill. (So, that easy.) Food was phenomenal, the experience was delightful. Memorable and reproducible, will use it all! - Quote me!!
